If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it with its original packaging to SuperDeker, or ship it back to our warehouse with proof of purchase. SuperDeker products must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts. For audit purposes, please provide your name, address and telephone number when returning items. Valid photo ID may also be required.
The SuperDeker Training System may be returned within 60 days for a refund issued to the original tender. After 60 days, these items become final sale.
Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, minus any applicable costs. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
STEP 1: Locate your Order # and contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipping product(s) back.
